What makes my approach unique for cyclists, runners, and triathletes is a deep dive into the mechanics of your sport. Backed by a BSc in Sports Therapy and specialised certifications in Advanced SICI Bike Fitting and Custom Orthotics , I view your body through a clinical, biomechanical lens.

Even if I am not actively fitting your bike or casting your shoes, I am constantly tracing the injury. I analyse how a repetitive foot-strike pattern or a subtle saddle position asymmetry manifests as a "tweak" in your hip, a strain in your lower back, or tightness in your calf. We don't just chase symptoms; we fix the mechanical root cause.

I believe that the best therapists truly grasp the "grind." As a fellow athlete, I’ve crossed the finish lines of the Tokyo (3’29”), London, and Paris Marathons, and tackled the Half Ironman UK. When discussions arise about training cycles, tapering, or the challenges of a mid-season injury, I listen as a peer who has faced the same physical challenges.

I don’t merely address the symptoms; I assist you in enhancing your “kit”—your body—for sustained success.
