My methodology extends beyond conventional massage techniques. With expertise in Custom Orthotics and Bike Fitting, I perceive the body as a finely tuned mechanical system. I focus on “Injury Tracing”—leveraging my insights into biomechanics to determine whether a persistent calf strain or hip discomfort arises from your gait, your gear, or an imbalance caused by repetitive motions.

I believe that the best therapists truly grasp the "grind." As a fellow athlete, I’ve crossed the finish lines of the Tokyo (3’29”), London, and Paris Marathons, and tackled the Half Ironman UK. When discussions arise about training cycles, tapering, or the challenges of a mid-season injury, I listen as a peer who has faced the same physical challenges.
